1. How long does it take for my order to ship?

We print and carefully prepare the artwork for shipment in around 2-3 business days. For
custom canvases, we need 3-4 business days because our design team has to prepare the photo so it will be displayed in the best quality possible. Thank you for your patience!

5. What are the payment options?

Making a purchase with us is easy and convenient. We accept PayPal and all major credit and debit cards. For our US customers, we also offer a pay-later option.

6. How do I cancel my order?

We understand that sometimes things change and you may need to cancel your order.
We want to make the process as easy as possible for you.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
We will be happy to cancel it for you as long as it is still in the processing phase. However, once your canvas is in the printing process, we cannot cancel it.

7. I received a damaged item, what do I do?

We're sorry to hear that you received a damaged item! We want to make things right as soon
as possible. Please write to us at support@canvaswalldecor so we can send you another artwork. We appreciate your support and patience as we work to provide

8. What do I do if I have not received my order?

If you have not received your order, please contact us immediately. We will check the
