Refund policy

We want to reassure you that our top priority is your satisfaction, and we only use the highest quality materials to create our art.

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind after purchasing a product. While we cannot always accommodate refunds in these cases, we will do our best to work with you to reach a resolution that leaves you happy.

Since our company operates without maintaining any inventory, and all items are crafted on demand, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns solely due to a change of mind, even if the product arrives in perfect condition. However, if an error was made on our part, we will be happy to ship you another product.

Shipping costs to return the product back to us will be the responsibility of the buyer. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality products and outstanding customer service. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us and we'll be happy to help. 

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase, so if the product is damaged during transit, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving it and we will send you a replacement immediately. Additionally, if you change your mind after purchase, we offer a 12-hour window to cancel your order.

Please note that this return policy does not apply to custom designs, as they are made specifically for you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The express shipping fee is unfortunately nonrefundable.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom designs cannot be returned, as they are made specifically for you. Custom products such as special orders or personalized items.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will send you another one.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
